I initially used this dental practice for dentures, although I have other treatment needed. I am extremely nervous of dentists, due to extensive and traumatic experiences from childhood. From the first phone call, the receptions were friendly and helpful. To stepping inside the building- the reception ...clean, airy ...lovely chairs ..relaxing background music ..spacious. Reception staff is brilliant. The treatment room was amazing, clean with settee for anyone accompanying you Treatment chair In a great position facing settee and door so you did't feel trapped. Dentist, Chris Fair explained everything in detail, was very gentle, kept calm, and coped extremely well with a nervous patient. I had four appointments to complete dentures and although nervous, the experience and service was excellent. The last visit, the dentures were fitted. They are excellent, fit perfectly, comfortable. Well and truly exceeded my expectations. It was a faultless experience from start to finish. Surroundings, staff, service and treatment were excellent. I am currently an NHS patient at the practice my check up including x-rays and scale and polish was £18.50 I then enquired whilst in surgery about tooth whitening options after all options explained I decided on Air flow and then take home whitening kit one word WOW my teeth look and feel amazing both the nurse and dentist made me feel relaxed and I was really pleased with all options provided. From the warm welcome and greeting you receive when you walk in to the actual treatment you receive I find it difficult to fault this dental practice. The reception staff are polite and professional and go out of their way to ensure you feel like an individual rather than just a number. You just have to sit in the waiting room ( modern and comfortable ) to hear and see how they apply the same attention to detail for all customers who call or visit. read more

I’ve been with Deansgate dentist for over three years now and I can’t say enough how amazing this practice is. They do the work to a great standard the surgery is always clean quiet and welcoming. Sheila the receptionist is an absolute asset to the team very efficient with patient appointment management and reminders, she put everyone at ease instantly. All the hygienists are just as efficient and very gentle. My dentist is Charles and I honestly love his work, he has managed to save a few of my teeth when I thought they would be lost. Highly recommend all my family go here they are incredible with my children as young as three! My daughter who’s 5 loves her 6mth dentists check ups! read more
