Good treatment but lack of follow up

The treatment - touch wood - seems to have been very good. I was seen promptly and the staff were helpful and considerate. However, the price was at the very top end of the market and a lot more than what was stated on the WhatClinic website. As above - my only disappointment was that they promised to get back to me to see how I was progressing. They asked my preferred means of contact - which I said was by email - and I haven't heard a word since. I hope it was just forgetfulness on their behalf.
