I first visited the Behrens Dental Practice in March of last year. From the moment I stepped in, I realised this is something different. The surgery is nicely furnished and immaculately clean. The smiling receptionist Vijee who directed me to sit and wait. Few minutes later I was escorted to the first floor to meet Dr Behrens. The doctor examined my complex case and explained to me what he plans to do to deal with my gum issues which have impacted my implants. He explained the novel techniques he employs with laser treatment. I have tried other methods but it did not work. I told myself to give this a try.Few weeks later, I was advised the results of the samples he took were available and we discussed the course of treatment which would take some 12 weeks. Every week, I come to the practice to get a laser session many of my sessions lasted three hours or so. Most of my sessions were the smiling amazing lady called Sonyia. She spent hours on the laser and I used to watch movies whilst she was treating my gum. Sonya was just amazing bubbly enthusiastic lady who was always happy and smiling and make things so comfortable to her patients.Once my treatment was completed I now visit the surgery every three months. The laser treatment did miracles. I fully recommend this surgery, the wonderful staff and of course Dr Behrens.Dr AlexLondon

Dental Implants, Dental Crowns, Hygienist Session

I've had a dental implant put in by Dr. Behrens and he was fantastic. After the 3 month healing time, I had my crown put in recently and it looks just like one of my own teeth. The procedure itself ran smoothly and I felt very well looked after, he was so helpful and informative, making sure I had all facts prior to having any treatment done.I also started visiting hygienist Soniya at the Behrens Dental practice after being so impressed with my treatment there: it's not just the usual clean and polish, Soniya takes her time spending an hour with her patient leaving teeth looking whiter and cleaner than ever before! I switched to the Behrens Dental practice last year and I can safely say I won't let any other dentist go near me now! You're made to feel welcome there, you receive all information you need prior to treatment being made without anyone being pushy, which is what I'd experienced with previous dentists. Dr. Behrens is very professional yet warm and friendly and they have modern and advanced dentistry equipment, like the 3D scan of your jaw prior to implant treatment.

WOW !!! People of the world, I hope you read this if you are suffering from periodontal disease. I was stage four and was told by a few dentists that I not only did I have to have teeth removed but the treatment offered was hygiene. Being at my wits end I reached out to BEHRENS and so glad I did !!! From the beginning, I was made so welcome. The whole team are absolutely amazing!!!! They did not have to remove any teeth, they are there to save them , and they did!!! and they also cured my periodontal disease with the highly effective LASER treatment !!!! Please don't despair people, seek out BEHRENS, you won't be disappointed I promise you. They are now my regular dentist, I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! Thank you again to the whole team, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!!!♥️

The best dentist I’ve been to.Soniya my hygienist is very professional and does a great job. She is so skilled that I don’t feel discomfort at all. She is the best and would recommend her to anyone. Very helpful advice on how to look after my teeth. My teeth have never felt so clean. I am so happy. Excellent service.I would recommend this practice at 100%.

Dentist Consultation

My husband Stephen has completed 10 hours of laser dental work to combat genetic gum disease, having had terrible treatment from an NHS dentist in Winchester and treatment at another private clinic, whose suggestion was to remove teeth and cut back his gums.Thankfully we did our research and found The Behrens Clinic.All the staff at the Behrens clinic have been absolutely brilliant. Their supportive and considerate treatment has been an eye-opener for Stephen and while he has some way to go, we have already seen improvement after only a few weeks. Thank you from both of us.

Have been struggling to combat infections in my mouth for years. Finally found The Behrens. Well on the way to my new life with a healthy mouth. The whole team are so reassuring and well, just amazing. I can’t recommend them highly enough, just wish I’d found them years ago. They’ve literally given me my life back after years of trying everything under the sun to get my mouth healthy to no avail. Heartfelt thanks to you all and also for your kindness at the Behrens.

Dental Implants

Having had a number of implants I have suffered from a whole series of mouth infections. I was really worried that the infections would mean I would lose the implants. I phoned up Behrens and they have been amazing from the first call where they patiently took an hour to explain to me very simply what was happening. Ole saw me and they drew up a plan of attack (as series of sessions) to address my issues. These are currently going really well and I feel much less worried and stressed. World class. Recommended.

I started treatment at Behrens towards the end of 2020. Prior to this, life was awful and other dentists offered me no hope until I arrived here. They were able to offer me a payment plan which made it all possible. Along with their expertise and great kindness. First of all, as you walk in, the atmosphere is so calm, peaceful, refreshing.. beautiful piano playing in the background and the most welcoming receptionist's. Their professional approach is most reassuring. This goes for the entire team. They are thoughtful & kind. They would revolve around my time instead of the other way round. My timekeeping was atrocious yet still, they did their best to accommodate me. Truly they touched my heart. The work done is outstanding. The aggressive condition I had has gone. They cured me. My gums are now pink & healthy. I'm so grateful. They also educated me in ways specifically required to my needed level of oral hygiene. I also discovered the close connection with the digestive system and how big a part food plays.. as well as stress, anxiety, relaxation, recreation.. so it certainly opened my eyes in a holistic sense to understand a little more about my own body. Another personal point Is something I noticed about my gums. They were not strong at all and I was needing a fair amount of local anaesthetic to reduce the pain which meant more healing time was needed between each treatment. Initially, I wasn't aware of this and many appointments were excitedly booked in a succession for the problem to be resolved sooner. However, the need for healing in-between treatments became more evident as time went on and in hindsight, I now certainly would have allowed more time for my gums to recover. Altogether the treatment was very successful. I would highly recommend the Behrens for the overall care of their patients. They were very lovely and patient with my son and we missed seeing them. I'm now saving up to continue the improvements to my smile and looking forward to seeing them all again. 💙

27 Feb 2021 - Dental & Aesthetics TreatmentAfter finding out I had periodontal disease & searching through different dental practices I came across Behren's which specialised in treating the disease, I started treatment in September 2018 & through the years myself & my husband Steve got really friendly with all the team who are really lovely people, although the treatment was rigorous & intensive their patience & understanding was just what I needed as I used to be numbed just to have my teeth cleaned so thank you, everyone.I also have something to say about the aesthetics treatment I have had with Sonijya with the fillers that I had in December and most recently having a facial and lip filler which I am absolutely over the moon with, she has brought back my natural smile which I thought had gone for good so again thank you Sonijya.
