My visit to this charming dental practice was an amazing experience,The staff are very nice and accommodating ,I managed to get an appointment very quickly.The décor of the practice was very soothing.My dentist Dr.Gore was very professional and explained everything to me by showing me my xrays on the TV and also showing me the work I need in a mirror.I have never had such a thorough dental check up before. As a young boy I got accidentally kicked in the face whilst playing football consequently one of my lower back teeth was broken. Over the years it had been repaired many times until recently when my dentist said they could do no more. They said it was not feasible to do a root canal as there was not enough remaining tooth to attach a crown. They recommended an implant which would cost around £1800. I decided to go for a second opinion. My son lives in Liverpool and he recommended his own dentist a Dr Ashok Reddy at ARCENDO. I made an appointment to see Ashok and upon meeting him he immediately put my mind at ease. After a thorough consultation and examination including X-rays, impressions and pictures of my teeth and gums Dr Reddy said whilst it wouldn't be straight forward as the tooth had 2 roots both of which were twisted he saw no reason why the tooth could not have root canal treatment and a crown fitted. The procedure took around 45 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. Ashok explained everything he was doing as he went along which only inspired confidence in him. I returned recently for the final crown fitting and it is great to be able to chew again properly. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

I had a bridge that failed and was given the NHS option of a plate or I could have implants. In the UK, these were very expensive, and the price didn't include any treatment like sinus uplifts or bone augmentation. I knew I might not be able to have straightforward implants and worried about how much it would all add up. Then I found Firstdent and was reassured that they had a base in London. I had my initial appointment in the clinic and was very reassured that they seemed professional and assured me the process was quite straightforward. The treatment overall was less than half the price of the UK, and that included flight and hotel! I had a very positive experience all-round. I went to Budapest on my own, but Adrienne arranged the hotel near the clinic and a driver to pick me up from the airport. She was in touch the whole time, and I always felt quite safe. The clinic in Budapest was spotlessly clean, and Renatta very professional. I felt reassured she knew what she was doing, and didn't worry when I needed a sinus lift. My first visit was more involved, and I rested the afternoon after my treatment having walked back to my room, but by the evening I was sightseeing in lovely Budapest; worth a visit in itself. On my second visit, I stayed in the town and got a taxi to the clinic in Budapest, as I just needed my teeth fitted. I am really pleased with the result and the cost, and would really recommend anyone thinking of implants to go to Renatta and Adrienne. read more

Dr Germain is the best dentist I have ever had. She is not only the most efficient but also managed to explain to me the treatments very understandably. I went for checkups and had an only made which looks invisibly good. Furthermore, she made me a deprogrammer that works perfectly well. She is super nice and witty. Had a serious problem which was the result of my previous dentists work. I travelled from South London based a personal recommendation, and i'm relieved that I did. The team in the room were, highly professional, very caring and provided me with a painless experience to fix my issue. I was then given all the right information for aftercare. Highly experienced, professional, knowledgable and efficient. The clinic as a whole is an excellent set up. Professional, clean, well laid out, staff with excellent customer service, and an excellent team of dentists and nurses. I travel across London for this clinic. Enough said! Recommended! read more

Over the past seven years, I have visited every six months for treatment, including fillings, implant, crown, root canal, and hygiene. Excellent advice and no pressure. Long-term plan drawn up on first visit; was very useful. Always a good experience visiting Zero 7. I look forward to my visits, chats, and tea all making for a relaxing time.
