"Good treatment but lack of follow up"

The treatment - touch wood - seems to have been very good. I was seen promptly and the staff were helpful and considerate. However, the price was at the very top end of the market and a lot more than what was stated on the WhatClinic website. As above - my only disappointment was that they promised to get back to me to see how I was progressing. They asked my preferred means of contact - which I said was by email - and I haven't heard a word since. I hope it was just forgetfulness on their behalf.

Dream Smile Dental was nearer to me so I started my Invisalign treatment with them. So far, the treatment is moving the teeth, but there are one or two things I need to clear up with the doctor when I go back. I didn’t have a price when I went in for the consultation, but I think they gave me a reduced fee compared to other clinics. I’ll be with them until August or September. From July I should know whether things are progressing the way they should be. I had no issues with the clinic. The place is clean, and the staff is really friendly and accommodating people. Getting an appointment is easy, and if I have any issues, they respond immediately. So far everything is going well. The first session was a bit uncomfortable and even painful, but after a while, it does get better. I wouldn’t say the treatment is unbearable. I’ll probably be able to give more detailed feedback after 4 or 5 months.
