As a patient of a dedicated, pioneering dentist in Mansfield, you will benefit from our state of the art dental technology, including a Cerec machine for ‘one visit’ crowns, a 3D implant scanner, digital X-rays in a pain free environment.

I was a very nervous customer visiting any dentist over the years. From my first visit to Shine I have been made to feel at ease & any procedure has been carried out with expert care. My dentist Dr Coire Conlon has been amazing & I can’t thank you enough for your care & understanding.I have recently undergone a full set of dental implants with Dr David Heath. My whole procedure was pain-free & I was kept at ease all the time. I would gladly go through it all again knowing everything was pain-free & the excellent service you provide.

Fillings

My dentist is excellent. I had a filling in an awkward place that broke up. It had been there for some time, the work being completed by another dentist at another surgery. Mark did a fantastic job, spending a lot of time, to ensure the job was done to an excellent standard. His work along with the support of his nurse made the experience very relaxing. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dental Crowns

Nobody loves going to the dentist (except dentists), but if you have to, this is as good as it gets. Nothing but courteous efficiency from the front desk to the treatment rooms throughout my lengthy treatment. I wish I could remember everybody’s name, but I must mention David who masterminded the whole thing expertly, ably supported by Ellie. I could now happily tear into raw steak if I liked steak. Mark somehow managed to manufacture crowns remotely which fitted perfectly. Impressive technology. Charlotte and her colleague made everything spick and span. Can’t speak highly enough.

Dental Implants

Now we all would love to live in a ‘Dentist Free’ World, sadly for most of us that are not a reality. You can imagine my distress when a three-tooth bridge failed beyond repair. The situation got even worse when on further examination a number of other teeth needed replacing as well.Enter David Heath and his team who suggested among other things I may wish to consider Implants. Now I consider myself a Dental Veteran having over the years experienced many procedures, but the thought of Implants filled me with more than a little trepidation.David, however, went into great detail explaining the Implant journey from start to finish and by the end of it, I took his advice. He was true to his word the journey was pain-free and at all times I felt reassured by his constant updating of what was happening.The journey took longer than normal due to Covid19 restrictions, but I am now the proud owner of a wonderful set of teeth. I cannot thank David his team and all the staff at Shine Dental Care enough for their professionalism and support throughout and I would definitely recommend Implants to anyone after the treatment I received.

Dentist Consultation

Over the last 2 years I've had several treatments. 2 root canals treated and a filling. Nhs dentists left me doubtful of their capability and I often came out wondering whether I needed the number of the fillings they were recommending. The service is first class. Faith Chan is professional, thorough and understanding. Please be aware that you pay for what you receive and that is the very best dental service. You may be disappointed that your budget cannot pay for the recommendations following your consultation but there are plans in place which you can consider. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Shine Dental Practice was recommended to me by a friend. I am a nervous patient but from the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by friendly receptionists and a calm environment. I needed to have root canal treatment and was treated by Mark Franks. My treatment was excellent. He was kind, calm and explained everything that was happening as the treatment progressed. I felt that the time and care needed for this treatment was good value. Calm environment, friendly receptionists, professional and caring dentist. Highly recommended.

Cosmetic Dentist Consultation

I visited Shine at an open evening event to help me to decide which option to take to enhance my smile and get my confidence back. Over the years my gums have receeded and I was missing lots of teeth from my upper set. The main topic of the open evening was focused on dental implants and after the presentation my mind was made up.I decided I was going to opt for dental implants.I paid for my in depth consultation and was given the price and lots of information from the team which made my decision to go ahead as soon as possible.I am not at the end of my journey yet but I have had my upper teeth extracted and am getting used to the temporary denture. The sevices I have received from all the staff here at shine has been impeccable. I am a nervous customer and the team know this and when I visited for the extractions phew! You can imagine! But I was made to feel absolutely comfortable and was reassured throughout the process.The teeth were removed and I am wearing my denture and smiling already with pride. And this is before my implants! I can't wait for the next step and I will update my progress at every stage.I have been treated with dignity and respect at all times during my visits. I am always put at ease , my treatment is always explained to me in a language that I understand and I am looking forward to my next visit. Up to yet my experience has given me the drive to carry on with my treatment and this is all down to the team, from walking through the door to walking out I have always been made to feel special.
