Hygienist Session

After being let down by my own dentist giving me an appointment for 3 months time, I went in search online for another dentist. I choose Southside for its location - easy to walk to from home. The receptionist was welcoming and the reception area was clean and bright. Strict protocol for mask wearing which I didn’t mind. The dentist was very good and I felt at ease straight away. His assistant was also very good, very attentive and did an excellent job with the suction.The work done, a clean and polish was excellent and overall experience was very good. I will use them again if I need attention again. Very quick next day appointment. One criticism I would make is the dentist could have provided information about my interests in other work which was requested on the registration form. I had to initiate that conversation and ask basic questions which I feel should have been more forthcoming.
