Very impressed. I had severe dental pain and the clinic took my call out of hours to discuss different options. We then arranged a call back for the next day to give me some time to think. I called back the next morning and was in the dentist's chair within the hour! The practise is exceptionally clean and well presented. Mr Massood was very welcoming and friendly. I have to be honest and say I’m not a good dental patient! He explained all of the different treatment options with the positives and drawbacks for each one. As he worked he reassured me and explained that it was that he was doing. Never thought I’d say this but here’s a dentist I’ll go back to!

I had a difficult root canal issue while visiting the UK for a short time. Mr Masood very carefully explored the issue, described a plan of action and then carried it out over three sessions. He was very clear at explaining his approach and was very sensitive to my comfort whilst in the chair. Although he was not able to complete the treatment, because of my travels, he went a long way to relieving the problem until I get home. Overall a very good dentist experience and I would recommend him to friends.

I would highly recommend Dr. Masood. I'll be honest, I have a perpetual fear of the dentist and only visit a dentist when I have a problem and it's a real relief to be there. Going to see Dr. Masood today has actually changed my perception. The service here is incredibly personalized, thorough and reassuring. This is a dentist that actually answers his own phone and gives you the opportunity to speak to him before you arrive at his clinic. Yes, this practice is much more expensive than an NHS dentist but Dr. Masood takes a great time to discuss each step of your treatment with you and you're not just processed. I even received an unexpected follow-up call several hours after my treatment was completed. I don't really write reviews of any nature but I hope if like me, you have a genuine fear of visiting the dentist you will find some reassurance and put your trust in Dr. Masood. Thank you.
