Invisalign™

I am just at the beinning of invisilign, with my doctor having been through the treatment her self all appointments so far have been informative and clearly understood. Their dental cover is excellent value for money. I was impressed to recieve a personal warming welcome from the practice manager on arrival of my first appointment. All steps have been clearly articulated to me, and the process has been swift. I was so impressed I have now moved all my dental care to this practice.

Dental Implants

I was faced with the imminent collapse of three contiguous front teeth and dreaded the prospect of a denture. The underlying cause of my difficulties was a missed-developed underbite and much work had to be done to correct it. The rectification was so beneficial and gave me such confidence in my clinician's expertise that I was inspired to opt for implant replacements.This trust could not have been more completely vindicated: it was all worth every penny but the sensitivity, diligence and moral support I received during the course of treatments were beyond price. I live very locally and through multiple changes of ownership I had already been a patient here for over three decades, so was actually inherited by the clinic. For this, I thank my lucky stars. Under this ownership not just are my teeth transformed but even the way I think about them.

Dentist Consultation

Excellent ! Always excellent to be honest. Croft have a new team member, Jake and he was able to clean my teeth today without numbing, that never happens. I am delighted. At all stages, he is reassuring, talks through what he is planning to do and discusses the next steps. He does it in such a way that I have complete confidence in his work. Both Hygienist and Dental care staff are always friendly and caring. Explanations are always given when requested. Always able to recommend the CDC to friends and family. No problems experienced. Always able to attend without any trepidation. Initially recommended by my wife at Sandhurst and moved to CDC when my dentist opened up this clinic.

Root Canals

I have become very nervous about dental treatment in recent years and on hearing I was to have root cancel treatment Sharmilla sent me to see Kavi and Mina who were both exceptional. If you are of a nervous disposition, Croft Dental Centre is the dentist to choose. From the time I went into the building and booked in, the Lovely receptionist Sue helps to relax you.Such a lovely smile.I cracked a tooth, and the cause was probably granola, Kavi was amazing, she explained everything to me, I could feel my anxiety levels reducing. I have a temporary filling-in now and will return for a permanent one, all work carried out was professional, with kindness and care. What I paid was affordable.£32…Thank you.

Extractions

I wish I could give 10 stars rto Croft. I have an awful terror not of dentists themselves, but of procedures due to previous domestic abuse. However, in early December I had pain starting in a lower tooth which exaggerated quickly. It was absolute agony. As I was already registered and had previously had a routine extraction by the lovely Kavi, I trusted the practice.So I called and booked an appointment for 22nd December when I saw Rajpal. Despite the agony I was in, he took his time to try and help. Unfortunately, due to a large infection, he could not get me numb enough but gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I know that he cared as I left the appointment in tears, so he wanted to ensure I was OK before I left.Fast forward to 30th December when I booked a further appointment and when I walked in and saw Rajpal again I just said to him "get the tooth out please". So he went through all of the paperwork and explained everything. He started to inject the local anaesthetic and had to put a lot in. Then he started the extraction itself. Rajpal explained what he was doing at every stage and allowed me to stop if I needed to. But his patience, care and experience paid off when the tooth came out.All of the post-extraction care was fully explained. It was an hour from the time I sat in the chair until I walked out the door. In addition, the same care and compassion showed by the reception team and the nurse who assisted Rajpal were top class. Thank you to all concerned.

Then all your receptionists have been equally good.Rishi is a fantastic dentist, an excellent chairside manner.
