The Parkway Clinic was established in 1997 to handle dental and maxillofacial services as a Referral Centre for General Dental Practitioners, and has continually expanded to become a centre of excellence with the expertise and capability to handle all aspects of modern dentistry.

We are a large, multi-disciplinary clinic with day surgery facilities supported by a team of loyal highly-skilled staff and operate in an ultramodern purpose-built facility on the SA1 Waterfront with convenient access, full disabled facilities and on-site parking.

Uniquely, we offer nervous and phobic patients the option of local anaesthesia, sedation or general anaesthesia for all dental procedures, depending on suitability.

I had a wart removed from my upper eyelid and a possible basal cell carcinoma removed from the side of my face, both at the same appointment.Totally painless under local anaesthesia. Very gentle and patient supportive treatment. Previous treatment received here was also successful and I was confident to return for advice when new lesions appeared.

Had airflow cleaning done by Christine who was a lovely lady - really explained everything and put me at ease. Will definitely go back there for more treatment and hopefully teeth whitening soon!!

Surgical Extractions

I waited around 2.5/3 years for my appointment for a general anaesthetic to remove four teeth. I have a huge phobia of the dentist so couldn't have them out while awake. I was advised of the Parkway clinic and was put on the waiting list. Yesterday I underwent dental surgery under general anaesthetic, I was so scared and nervous but from start to finish I was made to feel so cared for by all the staff. I don't remember anything from having a small needle in my hand and waking up in the recovery room with my partner sitting waiting for me!I couldn't recommend this enough for anyone scared or nervous about the dentist. Thank you so so much!

I recently had to have several teeth removed. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The nurse and surgeon were reassuring and explained and discussed the procedure clearly. I was referred by my dentist because of the nature of the dental problem.

No treatment, just an assessment. The reception phone call was fine, reception at entry was fine, assessment by Darren and contact with nurse Rebecca was fine and felt confident they knew what they were saying and doing. Details regarding fees and finance seemed rushed. The person dealing with it seemed rushed off their feet. I didn't feel happy to query things as they seemed rushed off their feet - I did feel that it was something I could discuss again once I have decided on what treatment I decide on - which I will do.

Teeth Cleaning, Fillings

Very welcoming and professional, and did an excellent job on my parent's teeth. Dad needed a new plate, mum needed her teeth cleaned and filled. Superb job, couldn't have asked for more. This was the first place that came up in Google and the reviews weren't bad. It is expensive, but they are thorough and you get what you pay for.
