Saw Doug at his new practice, Holywell house on Manor Court Road in Nuneaton. Lovely practice and lovely staff. So pleased to have tracked him down! Lovely building and very clean.

Thank goodness Douglas has not left Nuneaton! I am an extremely nervous person. It took me quite a long time to build up my trust and confidence with a Dentist due to a very bad experience I had in the past. Douglas has a lovely demeanour and a great deal of patience. It was great to locate him and his lovely Dental Nurse once more. Much better location with parking on site. Would thoroughly recommend this practice.

The whole experience was faultless. Douglas telephoned to discuss what was required by me and to explain their situation re-treatment opportunities. Further contact by the dental nurse explained what procedures I needed to follow on the appointment date and time. These worked perfectly as arranged. If I was asked to rate them out of 100 then my response would be 100. The process was personal, structured and highly effective.
