I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember!He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport!Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment.Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. Big thank you to Dr S Khazenifar and other staff, who changed my life for good. After more than ten years I could finally smile with confidence. Multiple dentists I have visited in the past left me with fear and anxiety. I had problems with my teeth since childhood. and I am confident to say, that this is the first time I could relax and trust someone with my smile.I had teeth whitening, multiple fillings and four front crowns. I am very pleased with the work the Dr has done. The results made me cry, I got the smile I could never dream of. It is worth every penny. They are very professional and know how to work with very anxious patients like myself. Patient care and passion for the job are obvious. I could not ask for better care and experience. I previously had Veneers done with another dentist many years ago. It came the time that I needed them re-done and had this service from Chafford Hundred Dental Care with Dr. J Basrai (Dave). He looked after my family and myself for many years, I felt comfortable and in safe hands with Dave. My treatment was quick, painless and after years of putting it off, I couldn't be happier with my fantastic smile! Couldn't recommend enough! The best dental clinic around with great service and amazing results.

I am a new patient at the practice very nervous and worried. These were all put aside straight away from the receptionist she was so nice kind and helpful like speaking with my mam she was. Polly and her assistant did my treatment and asked me regularly if I was ok nothing was too much trouble. The best place I have ever been to great car park at the back. Looking forward to going back never thought I would be saying this but yes brilliant service.Best wishes Clint xxxxxx
