4 months ago I sent email to a few clinics in Hanoi asking prices for my two implants on bottom jaw which were extracted a year ago before coming to work in Vietnam. 3 hrs later, Albert called me, clarified my inquiry, health condition and quickly scheduled an appointment for consultation.During the check up I met Dr. Emily, a really pleasant and meticulous dentist. She spoke quite good English so there was no language barrier. I asked her a lot questions as I wanted to make sure she is competent enough to work on my case. She explained for me about the procedure clearly. Few hours after the consultation, her assistant sent me a detailed report on my jaw bone, which implants are suitable for me, etc. The report was very clear and professionally done so I decided to trust them.I had my surgery done in mid Dec 2013 and I have nothing than good things to say about it. Her assistance sent me my pre-surgery medication and he called me a day before the surgery to make sure I understood how to take them. The day of surgery was quite ok (going through a surgery is never an easy feeling of course), I didn't feel any pain much during the surgery because of the local anaesthetic.The next day after surgery I experienced quite a "funny feeling" at the teeth that had implants placed but it didn't cause any pain. There were swellings around my mouth but Dr. Emily already told me during the consultation so I didn't worry much. Just 3 days after surgery, the swellings disappeared completely.Today I've just got the crowns fitted and they look amazingly natural and beautiful. I didn't hesitate to give them 100% points as they're really deserved it for such a great work and professional services.Highly recommended for anyone who would wanna get some implants placed in Hanoi.

Price quoted was between $600 and $1000, which included a couple of root-canals & crowns. I finished up getting a bridge done ($375) & my wife had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. We both had a clean & polish. She also had 7 small fillings done at just $15 each. Her Australian dentist had told her she needed 2 root canals, but here at Serenity the dentist said they weren't necessary, so they are obviously not out to rip you off by doing unnecessary work. I was expecting one, but needed two. All up it came in at just over $1000, which wouldn't even pay for one root-canal in Australia.The clinic was modern, the staff friendly & efficient & Albert from customer relations speaks very good English & communicated very efficiently by e-mail before we got there. Dr Emily, my main dentist, was extremely diligent & efficient. She also speaks good English. Hopefully we won't need such treatment again, but if necessary would certainly go back again. Also, I just remembered, they give you a warranty card good for five years (you'd never get that in Oz.)

I had an appointment for my bridge here. Everything went great! Dr Emily explained everything to me before doing any work. It took only 2 appointments in 2 days to get my bridge perfectly fitted. Their staffs are really caring and gentle.

Wow what a fantastic Dental practice run by the most professional Dentists and staff I have ever dealt with.So much better than anything I have ever experienced in Australia.This is a very modern well equipped facility with all the latest gear and the cleanliness of the practice is excellent.I had 2 bridges of 3 teeth made plus 3 crowns fitted a full clean/descale tooth whitening and 3 fillings changed.So a total of 9 crowns all EMAX cad/cam.The results are fantastic teeth look natural and all feel great. They give you a warranty card on the spot valid for 10 years.The price was $2950.00 usd which really is great.Dr Emily and her team are all professional and caring and can't do enough to help you.I had a very short time frame to have all the work done but they had all the crowns and bridges made in under 48hrs.This was not ideal but shows how willing they are to help out.They are very good at stopping any issues of pain you may feel you just have to let them know and they will fix it. Communication was good there English is very good but you do need to be clear about what you want when you are explaining something to them.It might have been my phrasing or accent or just a difference in our backgrounds to English, but this was not really an issue.My treatment went so well I an going back to get more work done in a year.I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough if you need dental work done by real professionals at a great price then don't hesitate to come and visit them you wont be disappointed.

Dental Crowns, cleaning, fillings I intended shopping for dentists when I arrived in Hanoi but once I found Serenity I did not need to. The clinic is state of the art, very clean and the dentist is fantastic. It helped too that the price was very competitive as well, just a fraction of what I would have paid back home with insurance. Besides a crown, I ended up getting a cleaning and two cavities replaced ones that I was procrastinating on. But, what really sold from the very start was Leo in the front office. She got me quotes quickly, found appointments for me even though I was short on time and did it in a friendly, professional manner. Besides having a great dentist she made the difference in having a good experience in a foreign land.

Wisdom tooth removed and a clean We both went in and for me I had a clean and a tooth filling and my wife had a wisdom tooth removed and clean. Total cost was 190 USA dollars. Very good service.

I wasn't sure of what I could get done in the short time I was in Hanoi (1 week). After speaking with Emily and the team I quickly learnt that I could get a good deal of treatment done. First off Scale and Polish, Secondly Root canal work, Crowns on all my front 6 teeth. and finally whitening. I didn't end up going through with the whitening. My choice. It has been the best thing I have done in a long time. Not only do I now have a fantastic smile but it has given the added benefit of me quitting smoking so I don't lose the new look I have. As for value for money THE best value ANY where. Emily and her team of experts are undoubtedly the very best in what they do. It all started when I sent an email to Leo asking the normal type questions like how much, how long, what can you do, etc. After a very short time I was satisfied this clinic could cater for all my dental needs but also assisted in getting the best Hotel, I believe in the Old Quarter Hanoi. From the minute I stepped into the Clinic and met Leo with warmth and support, through to being told every step of the way what the treatment to be done was, cost and time to take. I am extremely nervous going to dentists but Emily ensured I felt NO pain whatsoever throughout any of the procedures and in fact calmed me with her quiet humming of the music whilst she went about her business. If you are thinking of ANY dental treatment don't go looking elsewhere, stick with Serenity International Dental Clinic Hanoi, you will not be disappointed.

I came to Picasso with many teeth issues and was nervous about dental work.The staff here are very accommodating and understanding and put me at ease straight away. I wanted to colour match my front teeth and needed implants too. I was given all the information I needed along with price alternatives to choose from.The clinic is a cool, relaxed oasis from the humidity and madness in the streets.I was impressed with the cleanliness and the immaculate hygienic practices throughout the whole clinic.The dentists are artists with creating veneers and mouth structure. They are highly skilled in their profession and are gentle and friendly. I cannot praise Picasso Dental Clinic enough.

Doctor Emily did an excellent job. Even though my teeth are pretty sensitive and I was always afraid to go see a dentist. But she is really different. She does all the work very quickly and gently. My new crowns have a very nice shape and natural looking. I am so happy I've found this clinic when I came to Vietnam for my works. Highly recommended!

Surgical Extraction, Implants, crowns, filling, consulation. Albert Nguyen was the person I initially contacted and later co-ordinated me through my dental work as thoroughly as I could want. He explained every step of the work and what would happen. The doctors did a similar job with their recommendations so there were no surprises and in the short 2 week time frame it all went like clock work. The staff were fantastic in calming my nerves and in doing their job. I am more than happy. 2 implants, 11 crowns, 1 filling, 1 extraction and consultations and final checkup. Perfect.
