After years of worrying about my teeth condition. I finally made the decision to come to Vietnam to get them fixed. I chose Smart Dental and they have been amazing, everything from scans, transport, and accommodation, surgery was taken care of. They have made my experience the most comfortable and smooth as possible. Not only that I got to enjoy some of the local culture and amazing food. I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Smart Dental. From the get-go, Chi, my beautiful support person/translator, was with me every step of the way, ensuring my journey was seamless. The clinic's commitment to transparency, compassion, and professionalism left a lasting impression. I'm so grateful for the outstanding care I received. Absolutely amazing team.I initially considered All on 6 for both top and bottom teeth. However, after consulting with Smart Dental, they presented an alternative option that would allow me to retain some of my bottom teeth. This option came with an additional cost of $600AUD, giving me the freedom to choose. Experience has been excellent. My interpreter, Chi from the first day, she made a lot of fun and took away the anxiety that I had for dental treatment. She is pretty beautiful, gentle and caring. The driver is a funny man, he did good job. The receptionist is pretty beautiful, friendly, caring when I had treatment session, they prepare food for me. The dentist, Hoang is a very patient man, professional. The receptionist at the hotel is pretty helpful, caring, lovely. The Vietnamese food is wonderful and the weather as well. I love all things here, I want to live here permanently.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I travelled to Hanoi in Vietnam to receive dental treatment from Smart Dental.My point of contact was a guy gentleman named Duc, who translated, guided and assisted me from information regarding All on 6, transport to and from airport and dental clinic, costings and overall put my mind at ease with the process.After my consultation, I was advised that All on 6 were required for my top jaw and All on 5 for my lower jaw due to poor gum and bone structure and deterioration. Once this was agreed upon-the process from removing my teeth to fitting my “new” temporary teeth was over a period of 4-8 days, with rest days included.The skill and expertise by the doctors were exemplary and were more than I had anticipated. The staff at Smart Dental were very polite, courteous and professional and made my visit very very relaxed and honestly, pain free. Throughout the procedure your well being both physical and mental were addressed and treated with the highest care.On first impressions, I was anxious and petrified due to my own experiences with attending the dentist however Duc, the doctors at Smart Dental and the staff made my experience and journey to self improvement very very well received. I would recommend people do their own homework on what they want for themselves regarding dental implants and getting that beautiful smile for a better way of life and I would recommend Smart Dental to my family and friends-that I honestly had a “pain free” experience and so happy I did this.

After alot of research, I found smart dental I could have gone to Turkey or Thailand but decided on Vietnam.My whole visit from start to finish has been extremely outstanding.The staff from the clinic and hotel are very considerate and professional and have been made to feel very welcome.The cost has been 1/3rd of what I would have paid in Australia.Would very highly recommend to everyone considering Dental work done here with Smart Dental.I got all on 6 implants have had very little swelling and no pain at all
