I had a surgical mole removal done here. Treatment was worth what I paid. I healed without any problems or scars. We had two follow-ups afterwards. It’s a good clinic - the staff and facilities were nice. They treated the patients well. There wasn’t much pain because I was given an anaesthetic. I’d just like to thank the clinic for a job well done.
Thank you very much Cathy for your kind words. I am glad you are happy and completely satisfied. Cheers to you!
Dr. Dim-Jamora is a brilliant doctor, she is extremely capable and as others report here her staff is very accommodating (treated at The Medical City Wellness Center) and very caring and effective. She is the best! excised a squamous cell carcinoma on the left forearm and it healed flawlessly, with no further pathology.
The surgery was arranged rapidly to fit in with my travel schedule. Dr Jamora was away and things were a little chaotic, but everything fell into place in the end. It would have been nice to have somewhat fuller information in good time - for example, that a "cardio-clearance" was required, and what exactly it consisted of. The important thing, the surgery, was expertly carried out with no hitches, and the wound is healing very well, with very little scarring, even though I have failed to apply the anti-scar ointment consistently. My total cost was about US$1600, including hotel accommodation for two nights and air-travel from General Santos City to Manila return, and the "cardio-clearance", which involved blood tests, a chest x-ray and an ECG, as well as a consultation with an internist - no cardiologist was available on a Saturday afternoon. It appeared that I could have had accommodation in Medical City, but I was not informed of that in advance.
Dear Francis I'm happy to note you are healing nicely! I appreciate your feedback regarding my staff. We do our best to give the best service to all patients. On that respect, the preoperative clearance is necessary for all patients above 60 years old to ensure patient fitness as the procedure is elective.
