I was seen punctually. Dr Porter was welcoming, examined my problem areas, explained clearly what options would be available and was honest about possible outcomes so I was able to make an informed decision. I was pleased with his friendly manner and that I was able to make a decision I was and still am happy with. I would recommend him to any of my family, friends and acquaintances needing help in his area of expertise. I was able to talk through my problems without feeling at all rushed. I would see him again if I needed to.I have no problem with Dr Porter but the "40" min medical history questionaire I was sent by the Winfield to complete on line was difficult to fill in, took me 2 hours and in the end did not send. This is a reflection on the I.T. systems at the Ramsay Clinic and nothing to do with my consultation with Dr Porter which I would rate as excellent.
