IPL I am so very pleased with the service I've received at Arora! I first visited for eyebrow threading and loved it! I've also gotten IPL treatment and saw same-day improvement in my skin tone and texture!

I've had a problem with persistent dandruff which hasn't responded to standard treatments. The Doctor listened to me describing my problem, examined me and then prescribed a topical corticosteroid. The clinic is well situated for the City at Cannon Street, and was clean and well presented. Unfortunately they were let down by their customer service. When I arrived the receptionist asked me to sit down and then she forgot about me. It was only when another receptionist asked me what time my appointment was (20 minutes ago) that I was seen by the doctor rapidly (about 25 minutes late).

I had a cyst removed from my arm. It was causing me a lot of bother and seemed to get caught on my clothes all the time and often bled. I payed £449 which was great value for money as I was quoted over a thousand pounds at another clinic on the same street. Excellent service, booked in extremely quickly and cyst was removed on the same day. Props to the dermatologist for making it almost painless. I would certainly return for further cyst removals or any other surgery here if any more pop up (hopefully they wont!)

I had milia removed from my cheek, it took minutes and it’s healing nicely! So glad I decided to use Lincoln laser, so very polite and friendly! I will be going back to get my skin tags removed soon. A very pleasant experience worth every penny!

I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. Thank you all for your excellent treatment and a very good outcome. I thoroughly recommend it.

On entering the clinic I noticed how clean it was and how well the safety measures were in place because of COVID 19. The procedure I had to remove two lumps from my leg was efficient and painless. The aftercare was good too. I was pleased with the cost and I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.

Once again an excellent service today from Dr Strawford.I had Ellanase treatment today which I am over the moon with. Went to this clinic because of generalized body itching. The consultant was very pleasant and knowledgeable and checked my skin problems and said my skin was very dry and as I’d had breast radiotherapy last year that would have contributed to my problems. He gave me information about several creams to use every day and I will have a follow-up phone consultation in a few weeks. I was very pleased with my consultation and would recommend the clinic to anyone.
