My appointment was a very positive experience. I received treatment for sun damage and was relieved to learn there was no permanent damage and the treatment was efficiently performed.Dr. Kalokasidis and his staff were friendly and welcoming and very professional. I would recommend this clinic.

The treatment went well, but did not really alleviate the problem (brown spots on my face due to liquid nitrogen treatment administered by a GP that went wrong). I do not hold the clinic responsible for the treatment not being effective. They tried to help me.

Doc Ram was very professional and warm; he took time to explain the difference between thermage and Fractional RF. He recommended a few other treatments together with FRF. The procedures went smoothly and will be back to see him again; unable to see much results at the moment - performed yesterday.
