I've had a problem with persistent dandruff which hasn't responded to standard treatments. The Doctor listened to me describing my problem, examined me and then prescribed a topical corticosteroid. The clinic is well situated for the City at Cannon Street, and was clean and well presented. Unfortunately they were let down by their customer service. When I arrived the receptionist asked me to sit down and then she forgot about me. It was only when another receptionist asked me what time my appointment was (20 minutes ago) that I was seen by the doctor rapidly (about 25 minutes late). read more

I had a cyst removed from my arm. It was causing me a lot of bother and seemed to get caught on my clothes all the time and often bled. I payed £449 which was great value for money as I was quoted over a thousand pounds at another clinic on the same street. Excellent service, booked in extremely quickly and cyst was removed on the same day. Props to the dermatologist for making it almost painless. I would certainly return for further cyst removals or any other surgery here if any more pop up (hopefully they wont!) read more

Sebhorric keratosis removal Having looked around at more overpriced clinics , I picked Betinas clinic as the reviews were good , and it was a lot less pricey for same service.Was easy to find , and very clean and well kept . Treatment was pretty painless and took a few minutes .Betina was very nice and explained everything, and gave a sheet for aftercare .Just waiting for it to fall off now within a few weeks. Collagen Induction Therapy I've been battling with my acne outbreaks since high school and I have had many acne scars and they were just so deep that it bruised my ego and had a disturbed body image. She offered me treatment options, the advantages of those options, and the potential risks associated. After all that, I opted to undergo CIT/Dermaroller treatment. After having 4 sessions of CIT, I could already see the improvement -- my scar has almost levelled, my skin and large pores are now smooth and refined respectively. It was like I was touched by an angel! Dr. Lozano-Veroy even went beyond what I signed up for, she graciously did some subcision (with my consent) on my scars to improve its appearance.
