Dr Kousoulis is an outstanding doctor. He assisted me at a time of need with absolute professional service. I had an ear blockage (from swimming) whilst on vacation from Australia. One would think this is a fairly standard treatment abroad. However, I went from one hospital to another hospital/clinic (as my ear was fully blocked) travelled for 100's of km's, and kept getting referred to someone else. I cannot tell you how frustrating this was. No one was willing to assist in anyway. One hospital even managed to slightly damage my ear drum due to incorrect usage of surgical instruments and I had to stop him!! A real nightmare. Dr Kousoulis took our phone call on a Saturday (when others don't) and made a time to immediately see me in his clinic. Within 15 minutes, the doctor had done all relevant checks, explained the approach he was taking and delicately drained the water from my ear, and I was on my way.
