Had a nasal polyp removal surgery done, first the consultation itself was very comfortable and assuring, I was shown the video of my growth,which was amazingly balloon like and transparent mass in my right nostril, it was causing me difficulty in breathing and a persistent headache, the surgeon was very reassuring and confident, the surgery was smooth ,although I do not know much as the procedure was done under general anaesthesia, However upon waking up I had a mild sense of discomfort in my nose, the pack was removed after 48 hours and I was taking food on the same day of surgery ! , I felt reassured throughout, now the CT scan done following the surgery has rewarded my faith as my polyp is totally gone!
