I found Dr James Kok clinic online. However, the phone number provided with an extension was not answered after many attempts. So I had to visit the clinic without an appointment. Fortunately, I was able to get treatment to remove ear wax after waiting for about an hour. Dr James Kok was friendly and performed the treatment very professionally in about 10 minutes. The suction equipment to remove the ear wax was state of art and you can view the process through 2 display monitors. The treatment charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr James Kok to those who require similar treatment.

I had ear infections for more than a week before I went to meet Dr. James. The overall process took around 10 to 15 min (max). He was very friendly and explained clearly the problem I had. I am still on medication (7 days), however, have been recovering well.
