Ear Infection Treatment

After my allergies affected my ears, I went to David Lau for treatment. I found them on the internet and the reviews looked good. The clinic’s facilities seemed alright - it wasn’t too great, but it wasn’t bad either. In the end, the service was average or even below. I didn’t have a serious problem, so my visit was short. There were no follow-ups. I’m not sure if I’d use this clinic for future treatments.

I saw Dr. Lau the first time today and was very happy with the overall experience.I wish all doctors would be like him.Besides being very friendly he took his time and explained everything in detail; not the typical 10mins rush in/out which you experience at most doctors in our days. Allergy Testing

I had a nasendoscopy and chest, throat and ears exploration. The treatment consists on Zyrtec-D, Avamys, bronchodilators, Neilmed and a leukotriene receptor antagonist for my severe allergy symptoms. If it doesn't get better in 15 days, I'll have an allergy test and possibly will be referred to a chest specialist. Dr. Lau was very professional and thoughtful, he explained everything to me and made clear the whole treatment and possibilities. The clinic was fine, not too big, but light-filled and neat. The nurse detailed the invoice and treatment.

Dr. David was quite friendly and resolved the issue promptly. My right ear was blocked with ear wax and he cleared it up in span of few minutes using vacuum suction. The whole process took 15-20 minutes. Friendly staff. Appointment was made promptly with reminders. Would recommend Dr. David to anyone having any ear related issues . It is a bit expensive though if you don't have insurance plan to cover it.

Hearing problems, one side due to accident, other side due fungus infection as diagnosed during this visit. Ears were checked properly, fungus detected and cleaned off, medications against inflammation and infection prescribed and provided. Very fast reaction upon internet contact - calling back immediately and service made available without asking for payment method. Not sure anymore, if the expected cost had been provided before examination or not, that probably should have been done. Cost very reasonable, though more expensive than my current country Vietnam, but service provided absolutely top notch. Would use this medical service any time again!

I had a sore throat and tonsillitis. The doctor was very thorough and gave me a treatment which helped very quickly. Friendly, professional and just overall a very good and pleasant experience. I will visit again in case I am in need of a ENT. The clinic is quite large with several doctors offices in a second building next to the hospital. Staff are helpful and everything is organized well. Small coffee shop in the lobby in case you need to wait a bit.
