I had a home visit for ear syringing. It cost £75 and worth every penny. The consultant that came to see me was professional, did the syringing perfectly and really made me feel at ease. Thank you. The NHS couldn't see me till the 23rd May and when you cannot hear it is totally unacceptable. My experience was totally pain free and the consultant talked me through everything he was doing. I would recommend this mode of treatment to anyone. He ensured that I had the clinic number on departing should anything occur later.

The receptionist was professional yet friendly, the audiologist was knowledgable and was able to explain the different treatment options clearly. He evacuated copious amounts of wax from my ears gently and now my hearing has improved beyond what I could have imagined. Wonderful!Thank you

I had arranged to have my ears syringed on the NHS, but the 12-week waiting time was too long. The treatment, at Fresh Hearing, to remove the ear wax was superb, carried out with care and a bit of banter. Due to the amount of wax removed there was still some left which had to be done a week later at no extra charge. In future I will go directly to them it's not worth waiting for an NHS appointment. I cannot speak too highly of the team and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
