Manchester Ear Clinic provides micro suction, an alternative to ear syringing for the removal of ear wax. Having received specialist training and worked previously with in the NHS as an ENT Nursing Sister, Joanna is extremely competent in performing micro suction. Joanna is highly skilled at removing problematic wax deep into the ear canal, around the ear drum and from cavities following surgery.
Joanna has provided treatment at Manchester ear clinic since it open in 2010 and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery council. Royal college of Nursing and the registered manager with the CQC.
Appointments are available to children age 4 years and over and adults. The clinic is located in Manchester city centre on St John Street.

I attended for an assessment, which revealed a separate issue which required a referal to the specialist. Whilst a thorough examination was performed, the practice didn't wish to charge me despite their care and time. I was really happy with the honest advice and now everything with my ear is fine.

microsuction Very friendly and reassuring welcome from initial enquiry to actual treatment. The latter was both highly professional,painless and thorough; first class I thought. I left with my hearing restored after two weeks of near total deafness. My first experience of micro-suction which is infinitely preferable to syringing. Great job and thanks to Joanna.
