The doctor was very professional and dealt with the problem I had with the ear wax very quickly. He also gave me some valuable advise on the symptoms I had which indicated that I may be suffering from something other than a problem with ear wax. He also offered me with the opportunity to see him again if I required further assistance or medication. Very good. I made the appointment the night before for an early morning appointment and my request was granted.

Very good on time had my ear cleansed by suction a lot better than syringing, had to do this as couldn't wait 2 weeks for NHS appointment at my own doctors, worth paying .

Got in contact immediately after sending an enquiry via email. Price of treatment was as quoted. Saw me on a Saturday due to work commitments. Very flexible.

Yes we were pleased with the results but have bit of issue with timing, as booked appointment for 6pm but didn't get to see the doctor till after 6 .15pm!!!
