I've used Fresh hearing at Haslington for over 2-years now. The service has been superb. I have also passed on my recommendation to friends who have all had a positive experience. Here are some things I like, not kept waiting on the phone for ages, when they say they'll ring back they do. Very friendly service with up to date equipment. The hearing aids are tuned to the individual needs at each free inspection service. If you have awkward shaped hearing canals like me they take an impression and do a fitted service which reduces the chance of the aid falling out.

Rang the Haslingden branch today & spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn. She managed to get me an on the day appointment. The clinic is very modern and welcoming.Claudia was fantastic and so knowledgeable putting me at ease and explained every step of the irrigation ear wax removal procedure. I can highly recommend the clinic and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

I had microsuction done to remove wax from my right ear. It was a quick and painless procedure and my ear feels better! Very clean clinic with friendly and helpful staff. Really made me feel at ease.

Fantastic doesn't do this place justice. Went there a little earlier than my appointment but was seen in no time at all. Lovely receptionist, very clean practice. Great treatment from the ear doctor ,very nice and pleasant.Price was good for the treatment I received and was more than happy to pay it. All in all a great place and would recommend to anybody.

I spent an evening session with Mr Vasant observing an ear wax removal clinic.I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone seeking an efficient effective customer-focused solution to their ear/Hearcare needs. He is skilled in both the suction and water-based irrigation methods for removing ear wax. The flexibility of his clinics provides customers with a plethora of appointment options.

Fresh Hearing is the closest to me and I’d been to them before. They cleaned my ears with microsuction and while the service and treatment were good, I developed tinnitus a week or two later. The clinic looks very nice and they quoted me beforehand so I knew what I’d be paying. They cleaned my ears out well and did exactly what they promised, but I’ve had a tinnitus problem since then. I did make an appointment at the hospital to have this treated, but I couldn’t go. Until I know exactly what the cause of the tinnitus is, I won’t be having my ears cleaned again. At this stage, I don’t know if there’s any connection between the microsuction and the vibration in my ear now.
