Was struggling to get mums ears syringed anywhere but Dr Draper saw her and cleared her ears within days of making the appointment. He also gave her advice regarding her current hearing situation. Mum was certainly pleased with the treatment and cost involved. Seen promptly on arrival too, which under the current situation we are all in, was really not expected.

Microsuction technique used to remove wax build-up in order for NHS Audiology Clinic to continue their assessment of recent hearing deterioration. Would certainly recommend this Clinic to everybody. Excellent value. Excellent! All questions answered. Images of both eardrums viewed before and after treatment. A detailed explanation was given by Mr Williams. Comfortable, quick procedure. Very impressed with the professional service provided by Mr Williams in a personal and friendly manner. On arrival, made to feel very welcome by a charming receptionist. Chosen from Internet Search as being the best value. Proved to be a first-class experience. Thank you.

I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable.I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.

Excellent treatment throughout. Quick and painless. I can hear much better now than before. This beats ear irrigation that most NHS doctors still offered as hrs much more comfortable and much more effective. Great staff and nice quiet waiting room.

"I knew they would be perfect"

I needed a doctor that could treat a chronic cough and sore throat for my daughter, a singer, who is travelling from the US. She wanted an ENT as healthy vocal cords are necessary to her livelihood. The private doctor I selected seemed to have a track record treating vocalists from the "X Factor" TV series, so by this alone I knew they would be perfect. And they were. I booked this doctor for my daughter who is traveling from the US. I had no references but this website. She's a singer and was having throat distress. Dr. Alasdair Mace actually emailed me directly to talk with me, I was so impressed. As he was unavailable on the day I needed to book an appointment he referred his colleagues at the Harley Street ENT clinic. The clinic provided top-notch service, immediate appointment booking, on-point diagnosis, and treatment. My daughter claims it was the best doctor she ever had.
