Both myself and my wife received cataract surgeries on both eyes over a one week period. The surgeon that performed the pre , post consultations and actual surgeries at the Athens Eye Center was Dr N. Tsioumas.. He was very attentive and thorough in his consultations and recommendations and as the results have shown expert in the cataract surgeries to our eyes. Good, efficient and thorough service. However the atmosphere in the clinic , Athens Eye Center was hectic and crowded , due to the large number of patients receiving treatment.

Doctor performed two cataract procedures on me at the same time. His pre-op exam was amazingly detailed and his sophisticated equipment analyzed my condition to an extent that he discovered conditions that had not been found before (even regarding an epiretinal membrane procedure three months earlier with a different doctor. He is caring, thorough, exceedingly well-trained, and very reasonable in his pricing. HE IS THE BEST!
