Greenleaf Hospital Services Pvt. Ltd. (GLHSPL) wasformed on 3 January 2006. Dr. Arun Chaudhari and Dr JyotiChaudhari are the promoters and Directors of this company. Having excelled intheir respective fields of Ophthalmology (Eye Speciality) and Dentistry, theyhad plans for further expansion. To put their plans into action they conceivedthis company and decided that they will execute their futures plans and dreamsthrough this company.

One of the main Objects of the company is “ Tocarry on Hospital services such as run, own, manage, administer………. Hospitals,Nursing homes, Clinics in India…….”

The company started with the administrativemanagement of their existing Clinics at Prajwal Eye & Dental Clinic atBhayander in November 2007. Later their Surya Dental Clinic at Malad was addedin April 2007. The company took over these clinics on lease from the directorsand has thereafter being handling these clinics efficiently and in a veryorganized fashion.

The company has acquired a 1000 sq ft premises atManor, Thane district to start a hospital unit in June 2007

The company acquired certain instruments likeElectronic Computerized Dental Chair, Ophthalmic Chair unit, OperatingMicroscope, Ophthalmic Ultrasound and Pachymetry machine, Digital Phoropterunit, Autolensometer, Electronic Chart Projector, Slit Lamp, Keratometer,Indirect Ophthalmoscope, Coagulator, Toshiba Laptop, Desktop, ComputerizedTonometers, Inverter units, Ultrasonic Cleaners, Dehumidifier.

The company applied for the ISO 9001:2000certifications and was awarded the same on 27 March 2008.

The company took over the administrative handling ofthe Suresh Eye Clinic, Goregaon from 1 April 2008.

As on today the company is managing the administrationof 4 clinics with the help of 2 Directors attached Consultant Doctors and 18staff members.
