We went to a different clinic first but decided to get a second opinion. We found ISC more professional and more knowledgeable about the options. It is busy though, be prepared to wait.

Eye Specialist Consultation

This clinic was one of only two that offered me everything I wanted. I chose International Specialist Eye Centre because it was the closest to me, and my eye exam cost me the same price I’d seen online. Because it was just a basic check-up, I didn’t need any follow-ups. The clinic has a convenient, central city location. There was a long waiting period, but other than this, everything was fine. The staff were very cooperative and everything was done according to schedule.

Eye Exam

Simple Eye inspection on squinting Extremely long waiting time - 2 hours (from my appointment time). Appointments are supposed to be accurate. Secondly, very expensive...simple eye checking for squinting (does not even take more than 5 minutes and charging 170 with no medication). Crazy.

I had my eyes checked, and also my current long-distance lenses confirmed. I was only in Malaysia for a holiday and needed my eyes and lenses checked. This is the most organised and well administrated organisation I have ever been in!!Also, when I was scared getting my eye pressure checked, the staff were helpful and reassuring. All of the medical professionals were wonderful and professional. 10/10 would recommend this place. I had such an all-round excellent experience.

As an Australian - I was very weary of dodgy practices. This wasnt one of them. Came here for Laser eye surgery and very happy with outcome - I can see! No more glasses! And at a fraction of what it costs back in Melbourne, extremely pleased with pricing. Will be sending my father here later this year. Came here on recommendation of a friend who had sent multiple family members for LASIK treatment - decided to come try it as all her family members could still see ;) It was very clean and hygienic and smelt like any other good hospital. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Had on and off itchiness but no redness or discharge on my left eye for 5 days. Dr Lim checked my eyes using certain tools and applied a solution on my eyelids. It wasn't unpleasant at all. Lubricant was prescribed and instructions are given to treat my dry eyes. That was my first visit. Great hospitality and very short waiting time to my turn. Make an appointment prior to the visit. The staff nurse will lead you the direction. Doctor explained well and I am satisfied with the treatment and the cost.

Doctor diagnosed lack of oxygen in my eye, over stress. Reduce contact lens wearing time suggested laser treatment to reduce power. Doctor given 3 months lubricant eye drop and asked to go back for DBE. Fees is reasonable at only 185.00.
