Eye Clinic at Westland Medical Centre is equipped with latest diagnostic equipment including Maestro OCT, Ultrasound, Aladdin Biometer, Autokerato-refractometer, Humphreys visual field analyser. Laser Suite in Eye Clinic is equipped with Litecnica Argon and Nidek YAG lasers. There is a minor operation suite with Ellman Radio-frequency unit which allows surgery with minimal scarring. Eye Clinic is manned by experienced ophthalmic trained nursing staff and efficient and pleasant reception staff.

My 94-year-old mother recently needed YAG after cataract surgery due to PCO. The treatment was carried out at Westland Medical Centre in Hornchurch and at a very competitive price. The reason I chose Mr Chawla was after researching his client reviews from Hartswood Hospital and found he was highly recommended by all.I can’t speak highly enough about the treatment my mother received and a especially the kindness shown towards her by Mr Chawla and his team. My mother now has 20/20 vision and I would definitely recommend Clearvision Medicare to anyone.

I found both Mr Chawla and his assistant Jenny to be very professional and honest showing great care for my well-being and expectations. During our initial consultation, which was very thorough Mr Chawla found me to have glaucoma which had been undetected previously. Until he was happy that this condition had been stabilised he would not proceed with any cosmetic procedures. He has great ethics and I would not hesitate to recommend as I am thrilled at my level of care and results. Jenny his assistant is lovely and was in contact with me on a Sunday and her day off to check on my recovery. Even Pip, his secretary was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I completely trust them with my eye care and any future treatments I may consider.
