Information given to me was clear and detailed.The test results were displayed visually on the computer screen and explained. The results were good and I was cleared for private cataract surgery in September at James Paget Hospital. I was assured that only experienced surgeons carry out these procedures. I felt confident that I had made the right decision to choose East Point Vision. East Point Vision administration responded by telephone within a few hours of my initial enquiry and within 24 hours offered me two pre-treatment consultation dates for the same week at James Paget Hospital. I accepted the consultation with Professor Ben Burton on 10 August 2017. The clinic staff were friendly and helpful and my consultation appointment was on time. The facilities are modern, comfortably appointed and located next to the Eye Clinic in James Paget Hospital, so extensive tests can be carried out immediately next door.
