IVF - Diminished Ovarian Reserve. One of the clinic's specialties is DOR. I am 41 and I started stimulation in the US on a minimum stimulation protocol. I had previously gone to the Czech Republic on an agressive protocol which resulted in bad quality eggs. With the cycle we had in Croatia, minimum stimulation was the better protocol for us, as we did transfer a 3-day embryo. The doctor took great care in explaining every step and listening to us. We felt fortunate to be treated by him and the clinic, everyone from the embryologist to nurses and secretary are very good. Although, I did not get pregnant (at 40 your chances are lower), I would whole-heartedly recommend them especially if you are younger than 40, and would go back if time permitted. We received excellent medical care from everyone, from the doctors, embryologist, nurses, and admin. it is a small clinic, although they were busy the doctor always made time for us. Dr. Maricic is a very experienced reproductive specialist, and the professor performed the first IVF, I could not have received better care. They managed my cycle from abroad, and answered questions that my US ob-gyn couldn't. Costs for the procedure are a fraction of what they are in the US. They are also very caring, and made a very stressful situation much better. Great clinic
