Amazing, friendly and helpful staff that treat you wonderfully from the first day of consultation to the end of your fertility journey. All the staff are bilingual speaking and make sure you have everything you need from transfers, tests, care packages and also great priced to and not forceful where most fertility clinics think more about money than care and attention to your needs. Gynem was recommended to us by a friend who is pregnant with twins, after treatment at the clinic.First of all I made contact and the lady I dealt with was very hard to deal with.She would not reply to emails etc but I made contact with Jana and I have no complaints about the level of compassion, understanding and her professional manner.I am so grateful for all of her support before, during and after our treatment at Gynem.Gynem is state of the art and a very new clinic.I was given clear instructions on how and when to take the medications and Jana replied promptly to my many and frequent questions.I felt supported and guided through the whole treatment.The prices are incredibly affordable and we enjoyed a lovely trip to the beautiful city of Prague.I was very nervous but the staff did everything to relax me .Two 5 day DE blastocysts were transferred , using embryo glue and we are now 7 weeks pregnant with a single baby.This was our first attempt at IVF , so as you can imagine we are delighted.If I needed fertility treatment again I would not hesitate to go back and I have recommended Gynem a few ladies here in the uk .Thank you so much to everyone at Gynem for making our dreams come true. Far exceeded our expectations.The level of care and medical expertise is outstanding.I felt cared for and understood by all of the staff.Nothing was too much trouble and I was delighted with the clean , modern clinic .

"It was after a year when we realised that we may not be the lucky ones to have a baby naturally, we therefore thought of turning to IVF. Immediately after deciding to go down the route of IVF, it was apparent that it is very stressful task from where, how and who. These are the questions which naturally are very stressful. I contacted several clinics in Spain, India and Czech. The experience from clinics in India was particularly poor with no or very little response. Spain was quite expensive and it was not a good option as IVF in the UK would have cost almost the same.We than contacted Richard via email. He was extremely professional in getting back to us within matter of hours. He explained us the complete process and answered all our questions very carefully and took his time in making sure we were satisfied. After having satisfied we decide to go to GYNEM via Richard.The whole experience was stress free. My wife decided to travel to the clinic for first appointment and had face to face meeting with the doctor and Richard was present all during the process (including airport pickup). The medicine were posted to the UK and it was all very simple on how to use the medicine (with some help from YouTube). And we than arrived for the main process and decided to take a holiday in Prague and have the IVF done. The entire Medical process was very smooth. Perfectly timed. And I must mention that Gynem clinics is way better that our NHS hospitals. Very clean(spotless). Staff speaks English so we didn't had any communication issue. The doctor , embryologist and nurses did brilliant jobs. We are now expecting our first baby in January 2017 into 3 months of pregnancy. I would like to thank Richard, team at medical travel,doctors and nurses at GYNEM for wonderful work. Excellent. Doctor, Nurse, Clinic and Entire team of Medical Travel was remarkable.

ICSI - Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection

We visited Prague for ICSI at Gynem in June 2014. Staff was very professional, Dr. Mrazeck was very helpful and supportive at every stage. Two embryos were transferred, but no luck. International coordinator Martina and Jana were very supportive. Clinic is very up to date and staff are very professional. Dr. Mrazeck is very supportive, and so are the nurses and international patient coordinators. Access to clinic is very easy by taxi or tram from Prague city centre.

The clinic was very professional and comfortable place to be. The staff were well organised and spoke English well. We had better treatment here than we had experienced in the Netherlands and had far more technology offered to us in general. The whole process was easy and without stress.

IVF with Donor Eggs

It was absolutely superb. I was nervous about undergoing fertility treatment in another country. From the initial enquiry I received prompt feedback to all questions and had a Skype consultation with the doctor which was really helpful. We were matched up quickly to a suitable donor and received all medication in the post. Any questions I had were responded to by the representative, Jana, in a timely manner. Anything she didn't know and needed medical input, she took away and got the right answers. When the time came to go to Prague, we were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel which was great being in a strange city! Very impressed with the facility itself; brand new and pristine! This was another worry before we got there but we were reassured once we saw it. We met with Dr. Mrazek at the clinic and he was extremely nice. We also met the embryologist who gave us an overview of the blood test results they had taken from my husband. All the staff speak good English so there wasn't a communication issue. We stayed in Prague for the week and Jana kept us up-to-speed with how the fertilisation process was going and we had two good blastocysts for transfer and three to freeze which we were delighted with! The transfer took place five days later and I flew home the next day. It was a difficult decision to make to proceed with an egg donor due to failed IVF cycles with my own eggs, but I wanted to have a child and felt this was the best opportunity for us. The two weeks were exciting and feel confident and we are now delighted that it has worked. I would recommend anyone in a similar situation to do this. The service was excellent and the staff efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you to all involved in the program

IVF with Donor Eggs

IVF with own eggs. Facilities: Their facilities are great for a small clinic. Its cleanliness is 10 out of 10. Location: Their location is somewhat outside the city. But easily accessible by tram, bus and uber. Employees: Their employees are nice and very warm welcoming. They speak good English and especially the coordinator that was assigned to me. She was very accommodating and did help me a lot.Doctors: The doctors are nice and converse average English that is why occasionally you will need your coordinator to translate. In terms of expertise, I believe most of the doctors are very knowledgeable about what they do. The IVF process, protocols, stimulations, etc like the basic IVF procedure which I always get at least 2-3 Grade A + or – embryo which is good. Though my very concern is that there is a lack of review or analysis in terms of the failed outcome of IVF even there is no commitment on this. I believe previous results should be discussed profoundly with the patient before going through the process again. Before I came to this clinic, I already have one IVF failure with another clinic so I decided to move to this clinic. I have done some research and thinking to go to another clinic but my friend highly recommended them. In addition, I have also read some medical articles about tests (immunology) so I decided to do one before I do another IVF cycle again. I was about to get some tests on a Clinic I found on the internet (Gennet) but Gynem has recommended to go to a clinic Immunia. Anyway, in the end, the tests only recommended one thing out of a ton of blood taken from me, just to increase the medication! So after this, I went through another cycle of IVF with the recommendation of increasing medication. But the outcome again was failed. I had a Grade A embryos as well this time but again didn’t work. I had frozen embryos this time so we took 5 months break to try again. Our next try thru 2 embryo transfer, I got pregnant but only one made it but we lost it also at 8 weeks. Again, this was truly heartbreaking as that’s the only frozen embryo we have. Last March we decided to do another cycle, even though our expenses are quite on height as we are really longing to have our baby. Before we started the IVF cycle, I kept asking from the doctor if there’s anything we should do before we do another cycle again. He said None! Nothing! Therefore, we were very optimistic this time that it will work. But again, it was a failed cycle without any frozen embryos. This was too frustrating that I had to analyse and started questioning the clinic or the doctor. Which I did! I started analysing the medications that was recommended from previous cycle, I felt some where missing like the baby aspirin, which was recommended before when I had the embryo transfer. I wonder why the medications are different when I had a positive outcome that time. I was quite frustrated when I asked the clinic/doctor. Then all of a sudden, all the possible recommendations came out over email such as taking additional meds before and after the transfer, doing some more test, etc. I wish all these recommendations written to me via email was given before we did the cycle. Another thing that upset me and my husband, is that the clinic (doctor) seems not to own any oversight or missed step in their handling or recommendations in my case. We would have accepted it but the way we were answered is that their clinic (doctor) never makes a mistake. Nobody is perfect.I wrote this as this was our experience. I would still recommend Gynem in terms of the facilities and the outcome of the embryos grade. But I would hesitate knowing if you have the same case as me with previous failed IVF and miscarriages, or other conditions you may not know, etc. I believe there are a lot of good IVF clinics in Prague like Gynem but I think it also goes to which one would suit your case and as well depend on the services they offer. After several unsuccessful IVF attempts in our own country and in another clinic in Prague, we changed last minute and went to Gynem. We first had a Skype talk with Dr. Vlcek, who was clear, friendly and understanding. He had Martina contact us. She was very knowledgeable and just a genuine and very sweet person. Because things went wrong in the other clinic I had lots of questions and needed reassuring. It was our first visit to Gynem and I'm very carefully writing that I'm pregnant as I still can't believe it. What was also good is the fact that they send all your medication by post. In the other clinic, we went to we had to take their prescription to our doctor and it was a lot of hassle.

I chose Gynem after having done some research on the fiv.fr website, after having been disappointed by the first contact in a Spanish clinic recommended by a French association but I did not like it because it took patients on a chain without taking into account the specificities, giving the impression that we are a number, with, in addition, small premises where I did not feel comfortable.I chose this clinic which I decided to contact because of the positive comments that were indicated on the fiv.fr website following a visit to the premises that the latter carried out and also notably for the clarity of the premises, the ease of access by plane from Paris (several flights every day and 1h20/1h30 flight).My experience has shown that I made the right choice. Indeed, the first contact with Michaela, Francophone coordinator, and the subsequent exchanges was all fruitful. She took the time to explain everything and add little words that brought a lot of friendliness. Her involvement, as well as that of Linda, who also followed me, testify to a professionalism and a relentless commitment to the well-being of patients, with patience and kindness at all times, contributing greatly, with the doctors and staff in place, in an almost family atmosphere, to the success of the clinic which, for me, stands out from its competitors in other countries and also enjoys very bright, very clean and modern premises where you feel very comfortable.In addition, unlike in other countries, the price of IVF is more affordable, the recipient's drugs (except for special features requiring specific drugs) are included, as well as a taxi on arrival, a donor guarantee for a recipient, and the obtaining of 6 oocytes.I strongly recommend Gynem Prague to women who are looking for personalized treatment and follow-up, efficiency, responsiveness, more affordable than in other countries, pleasant premises, all in the City of Prague which is a very beautiful city, to top it all off.
