with my first round of ivf with Dr.Nikos I was pregnant with twins! They are 7 month old by now and adorable <3 I was 49 years old, very healthy but in Australia the treatment we received was cold and never ending..(there is a story to everyone but) with Dr. Nikos I never felt left alone! and he made pre-treatments possible across the planet, saving time. The whole procedure was kept to minimums, the outcome - pregnancy- is all that matters to him! Dr. Nikos makes time for everyone, he must have more hours in a day than normal people have.. He has the gift of giving you his full attention; and he even wanted to take care of my flights..! ;) He is very caring, knowledgeable and speaks greek, english and german fluent!I can't recommend him and his clinic too much! a true heaven-sent!

I tried many times the pregnancy in Royal Women Hospital in Melbourne without success and without much hope. After my first try with Dr. Kanakas, I'm pregnant 8 weeks now.

My IVF treatment was done last year, now being March 2016 my little boy is 7 months old. I researched and came across an Angel that walks on earth...Dr Nikos Kanakas! I travelled from Australia to Dr Kanakas to help me obtain my dreams. I recommend and will always without a doubt recommend Dr Nikos Kanakas and the Clinic! His compassion and genuine need to help you have the one thing that will fill that hole in your heart.....a child... Your journey is his journey. I chose this clinic on instinct...and my instinct was spot on. Everyone I came across was professional but warm and all had the desire to help you achieve your dreams. My plan is to head back this year to give my little boy a sibling or 2 :-)

I just returned from Athens Greece and the outstanding care of Dr. Nikos Kanakas. I want to shout from the roof to everyone who needs ART to go see him! (but I am down in bed with constant morning sickness now, so I cannot! too bad!! ;-))))I am not one for technology and docs , I had tried for a few years the most simple, at home, natural ways I could. Deciding to not waste time further (being 44) and go for ART was a big stretch for me. Meeting Dr.Kanakas in Athens, even before I was sure I wanted to go that route, is the reason I was able to rest into it. I felt held, supported and above all - utterly respected. I could, for the first time, just surrender my treatment into the hands of an expert - and I am picky! :-) The clinic is: completely professional yet warm, like a little community. kindness always. available 24-7 (so so rare!). Completely on top of things. Conveniently located. The "family" that created my babies ! :-))

IVF with Donor Eggs

My husband and I were extremely happy with our experience at Embryoland. We had tried 3 rounds of IUI and one round of IVF (with my own eggs) in Canada before deciding to try IVF with donor eggs, and it took a huge leap of faith for us to consider that procedure, but Dr. Nikos Kanakas was SO friendly and encouraging, and very thorough about answering all of our questions through several emails and Skype.We were very warmly greeted at the clinic (which was very clean, modern, efficient) and were amazed at the difference in "attitude" or "atmosphere" that Dr. Kanakas creates in his clinic compared to those in Canada (or at least Toronto). We had been to 3 different clinics in the Greater Toronto Area and none of them gave me the feeling of warmth and personal care like I experienced at Embryoland. Despite the fact that the whole process is very scientific, I think that these emotional factors can have a strong, positive influence in the outcome of things. Our procedure went very smoothly and I always felt I was very well taken care of by every member of the clinic staff. We travelled and stayed in Greece until it was time for us to go back to Athens for our results, and as soon as Dr. Kanakas got the phone call from the lab, he came out to share the good news with us, hugging us and congratulating us. We are just over 10 weeks along, and are thrilled!!I would highly recommend Embroyland, Dr. Kanakas and his staff to ANY couple or individual considering assisted fertility procedures. I wish we had come here sooner to do our regular IVF, as it also would have been much less expensive to do in Greece than it was in Canada. Embryoland helped us fulfil our dream of starting a family - and we plan on returning in a few years to try for a sibling!

After a long period of illness I was left without any ovaries and moving in to my 40th year. We were not eligible for ivf in our own country so knew we would have to pay. A friend recommended this clinic and we are so glad she did. We are now 13 weeks pregnant and can't believe our luck. We are so glad to have been recommended this clinic. A friendly and efficient team who look after your needs from beginning to end. They listen to you and come up with solutions not obstacles. Their positivity carries you through the whole process with ease. We will be forever grateful.

After 5 failed fertility treatments in Australia I found Dr Nikos through this website! I was initially struck by his genuine desire to help us get pregnant. Dr Nikos listened to our needs and wishes and never once made the process too hard or difficult. No time was wasted and I was scheduled to be in Athens within 1-2 months. I can now celebrate as I am 3 months pregnant and so very happy. The clinic staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They all speak English which made things very simple. The clinic is very close to metro stations and accommodation which makes it very easy to get around and explore Athens. The whole experience was so relaxed as I was able to enjoy the city. We are eternally grateful to Dr Nikos and his staff.

My partner and I knew we would need some help before we started our fertility treatment journey so this was our first experience. After speaking with doctors in Australia and months of research we decided that our best option to start a family was to travel to Athens to be treated by Dr Nikos and the team at Embryoland. I am so glad we made this decision. The treatment at Embryo land was professional, respectful and effective. Dr Nikos constantly kept us informed with what was going on so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way throughout the treatment. I always felt calm, positive and confident in what was happening and that we were in the best possible hands. While there is definitely no guarantees with treatment like this, thanks to Dr Nikos I am now 10 weeks pregnant! In the months leading up to our visit Dr Nikos ensured we knew what tests we needed to have done to ensure we had healthy baby and would have regular skype appointments with us to answer any questions and to let us know what would be next. When we made it to Athens in January I could not have asked for a better experience. Embryoland is a very nice clinic. Dr Nikos and his team extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They were also so kind and friendly and they genuinely cared - it was more like being treated by family members. Even though I’m back home in Australia I continue to be in contact with Dr Nikos throughout my pregnancy. I cannot recommend Dr Nikos and the team at Embryoland highly enough.

After two failed IVF attempts, when it comes to parents dreams of having children the term miracle is loosely used. When it comes to Embryoland that is exactly what they perform and they are the best bar none. Dr Nikos is very attentive. He even called us to book our first appointment and was with us throughout our journey, providing valuable advice and guidance. Both his knowledge and expertise are immense. He is supported by a very competent and friendly team. Who imitate his values and high standards of customer service, always going the extra mile. We now look forward to meeting our baby and would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Nikos and his team. He is simply the best.

Dr Kanakas was always there for us and very supportive. He is not only a good doctor but also a very kind person. We have no idea when this man sleeps. We turned to the wonderful Dr. Kanakas after many rounds of failed IVF in the UK and in another clinic in Greece. Dr Kanakas clinic came to us as a gift from Allah (swt) while walking back to our hotel we came across this clinic. Phoned the clinic when back in the hotel and we was put thorough to Dr Kanakas and invited in for a formal chat. We now have been gifted with a lovely baby boy from Allah (swt) with the help of Dr Kanakas after years of trying. Dr Kanakas was positive all the way thorough and kept in touch day and night. Our baby is such an amazing gift, No words can express how thankful we are for your kindness and hard work.Excellent 5 star service from Dr Kanakas and his team.
