Each positive result of the treatment causes a lot of happiness for the patients and all of our team members.
Our experience with this clinic is just the best one! From the first visit already everyone was so nice and professional! Before we came here, we went through some treatment in another country and nothing from that can compare to this place! All doctors we met were really polite and definitely doing the best they could. And the result - we got pregnant after the first transfer!
Infertility Clinics Clinic is located in the centre of the city (Katowice). The staff are very friendly, while doctors are just great. They explained me all the details so now I'm waiting for the in vitro (IMSI) fertilization. They have their own sperm and oocytes bank. I think it's helpful. I do recommend Gyncentrum clinic.
I was 42 when i started to think that it is to late to make our family bigger. I'm so glad I was wrong! I'm a mum now and trip to poland was really worth it!!!!!!! The clinic and doctors were awesome. Many thanks to all :*
My wife and I went to Gyncentrum for their egg donation program, and will not be returning. A bit of background:Before we went to Gyncentrum we had already tried IVF six times with our own eggs and semen, and our embryos would always look great through the first 3-4 days, with even splits and low fragmentation resulting in 7-9 cell embryos after 3 days. Unfortunately they would then stop developing after that, which is why we chose to try egg donation. Here is our experience with Gyncentrum: Initially we were happy with the clinic, the people working there and the work performed. But then when the fertilization was about to happen and in the week following, there literally was no communication or responses.Even though we tried to get someone, anyone, to respond using all potential ways of communication we knew of, it took a full week to get any response at all (basically "it didn't work"), and almost 3 weeks from fertilization to get any information beyond that “it didn't work” message. When we finally heard anything more substantial (3 weeks after fertilization), it included these statements: "I have been advised that till day 3, the genetics of egg cells are responsible for evolvement. From day 3 - the genetics of semen.". I do not know if this statement is true or not, and am not claiming it to be neither false nor true. I am just stating verbatim what we were told. (per WhatClinic guidelines: “We cannot publish claims about the accuracy of a clinic’s treatment and diagnosis. Those are factual matters, and to verify them would require extensive medical studies.”)And they asked if I, the semen provider, had “ever had a caryotype done followed by genetic consultation”.The suggestion appeared to be that they believed it was a problem with the semen, though this was not stated in those exact words. It took yet another week to receive a PrimoVision "report" which only showed final stage images, and then another week to get the PrimoVision videos themselves. I am glad we had ordered those ahead of time. As WhatClinic guidelines states: “We cannot publish claims about the accuracy of a clinic’s treatment and diagnosis. Those are factual matters, and to verify them would require extensive medical studies.”, I will refrain from describing what the time lapse videos show on this WhatClinic review. As WhatClinic guidelines states: “We cannot include hearsay in a review. Hearsay is any information which cannot be substantiated, for example, the report of another person’s words.”, I cannot tell you about the second opinion we got about the PrimoVision videos, in this WhatClinic review.Suffice to say, it took over two months from fertilization before Gyncentrum acknowledged that they had not fulfilled the guarantee. This was done via an email (which I still have), that included this statement:“I was able to consult with our Madical Director and due to the fact that we have not fulfilled the guarantee you will get from us donor oocytes for the next procedure. If you will decide to try again, you will only have to pay for the procedure itself.”In other words; we would have pay more to get to the point we originally were "guaranteed" to get to. Due to the lack of communication and responsiveness after fertilization, and the very long time it took for them to finally accept that they had not fulfilled their guarantee, we lost whatever trust and confidence we had in this clinic, and will not be returning. If you read this, you are likely on a similar journey. We hope you find a clinic that can help you successfully expand your family.
My husband and I had 3 IUI before we moved on to Gyncentrum to have IVF. The second transfer worked and we're expecting to welcome our son in 3 weeks. I am pregnant now, so I couldn't be happier. The whole staff of Gyncentrum is really lovely, and it doesn't end the moment you finish the treatment. I am still in touch with them to this day. I can't say how grateful I am.
I had been trying to get pregnant for about 6 years, I was so close to give up when I decided to start treament at gyncentrum. I couldn't do anything better, I've got a beautiul baby girl now and I want to say thank you to all people involved in our treatment. THANK YOU! :*:*:*
I had 3 unsuccessful rounds using my own eggs. We then moved on to donor egg and I got pregnant but had a very early miscarriage. Our final attempt we decided to try donor embryos. I wish now we had gone down this route to start with as I am currently pregnant with non-identical twins due in March. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I'm so happy with our result! In particular, our coordinater Olga was truly wonderful. We had a million questions and stresses and she made the whole thing easier. Since getting pregnant she has kept in touch asking for progress which I have found lovely.
Me and my husband have been trying for a baby for 10 years. We had 3 rounds of IVF in the UK using my own eggs and 2 rounds of donor egg IVF in Greece. I got pregnant the first time we used donor eggs but it ended in an early miscarriage so we decided to try once more with donor egg but that failed. We then did some research and was recommended we used Gyncentrum for donor embryo IVF. It's was so much cheaper and it worked the 1st time. I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and over the moon! Olga was my coordinator and has been fantastic throughout the whole procedure. She is still emailing me asking how I am and keeping up to date with my pregnancy. The clinic was professional and the doctor has been amazing. I can't thank my embryologist enough for picking my baby for me. I'm so grateful to all of the staff at Gyncentrum, they have changed my world.
preliminary examination I received the treatment expected and quite promptly. As my partner is English there were some communication problems and he felt somewhat excluded.
Ivf Went through one round of ivf treatment. The doctor was very knowledgeable, caring and very professional. Prompt to answer any question, the staff was very friendly and the office is kept immaculate. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get great services.
