I am very pleased with the treatment I received. They answered all our many questions and explained everything to us in a practical way. I was very glad to that we came out with a plan for the future. Paying for this service meant we were dealt with quickly and professionally, it was definitely worth it.

Fertility Specialist Consultation

I'm not overly impressed. We've had treatment at Wessex Fertility in the past few months. After hearing many wonderful reviews I was expecting a professional service and a great experience. I have to be honest we weren't overly impressed. We were very impressed with the doctors and nurses. They were very attentive, very sympathetic and explained the process clearly throughout. However, the administrative staff could sometimes be quite short and often surly. We had to constantly chase test results despite them saying they'd contact us with the outcome, which made a very stressful time even more difficult. At times when we arrived at the clinic, the reception staff were dismissive which didn't make us feel very welcome. We got the result we wanted with a pregnancy and are due in the next few weeks. So overall our treatment did work and we are very grateful to all the staff for that helped us. We just feel that the administrative side of Wessex lets them down somewhat and if we ever considered contemplating another cycle we'd be minded to try another clinic.
