He also offers phone consultations for the convenience of his patients. Mr. Cowan is assisted by his secretaries and nurse who handle inquiries and book appointments.

Mr Dickinson Cowan brought my daughter into this world by C Section at The Portland Hospital back in 2005. I was extremely nervous but had the most comfortable and relaxed experience. He truly is a gentleman with a wonderful bedside manner and delivered my daughter safe and well. My aftercare was amazing. I had one to one midwife in a wonderful room with silver service. Cannot fault. I choose the Portland because I knew I would get fantastic care and worth every penny
