The Leeds Reproductive Medicine Unit is based within the Clarendon Wing at Leeds General Infirmary with another unit located within the Gledhow Wing at St James's University Hospital. There are now plans to bring the two units together in a newly developed facility. The Clarendon Wing Reproductive Medicine unit was established in 1991. The Gledhow Wing Reproductive Medicine Unit was also established the same year. When the two units merge, it will be one of the largest and most comprehensive services within the UK.
