From start to finish my treatment was carried out in a very professional and calm environment. The doctors discussed each step of my treatment and ensured I fully understood everything before I would leave the clinic. The offer for the egg freezing is amazing and without a doubt must be the cheapest any clinic is offering it for at £750. The nurses were very helpful, extremely kind and caring and discussed all the pricing with me up front so there were no hidden extras to surprise me at a later date. I found this very helpful and reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to my family and friends or anyone I know. If you want high-class service, attention to detail, treatments bespoke to you and overall excellent customer service then this is the clinic for you.

I saw Dr. Eddi Osargie following a recommendation. I can honestly say my experience was positive. He was thorough and took his time to explain his findings using imaging, and discussed treatment options available to help reduce my symptoms. I have confidence that this doctor has a plan for me longer term to help with correct diagnosis and treatment options that, unfortunately, surgery doesn't/can't always fix or see. I heard this doctor on an endometriosis conference and can tell he knows his stuff. He has a calm, reassuring approach and listens carefully. The staff were very helpful prior to and during my visit, from reception to nursing staff. I found them to be efficient and felt looked after. The staff were polite and courteous. The consultant, too, mirrored this positive experience.

"Poor quality care"

Sperm analysis We had to pay £160.00 for a sperm analysis. We weren't seen by a consultant, just had to hand the sperm pot to the receptionist & fill in some forms. We were told we would have the results that evening. When having the results the next day after numerous calls to them, we were told them over the phone by the consultant. When asking if we could discuss them further he said to make an appointment with our GP, if we wanted to discuss them with him then basically it would cost us more money. We finally had the results through the post about 2-3 weeks later. The report is a bad report with even our GP also saying this! There is a part on it that says "advice" but it has been left blank. We basically feel we have given our hard working money for poor quality care. This was our first time of doing this in the 6 years of trying to conceive and I'm only hoping that the next private clinic we go is not the same.
