My friend had had a successful IVF treatment here, and so she referred me to the same clinic. Compared to some other places, the price was good. Unfortunately, the treatment was not successful for us this time. I had my last appointment in February, but haven’t made another one yet. I’m still contemplating whether or not to continue treatment here. It’s a clean clinic and the staff was really accommodating. They operate systematically. It’s kind of like shopping in one store because everything you need is under one roof. You don’t need to go to a separate lab to have the blood checked, etc.

The reply was speedy while the personnel attending to us at the IVF centre was attentive and solved our concern as soon as they can. It's five stars for me but for my husband its only a 3 because he said the video jammed and making payment at the hospital side is at another building (signage not clear, it was the security Pak Cik that helps him) and takes too long just to pay as the lady handling payment receive no info on how much to charge(or system not working that kind of stuff as she explains to my husband). Still, The IVF centre itself does an excellent job and deal things with us really professionally. We strongly recommend the centre itself but not too sure about the hospital as a whole generally.

Doctore are amazing. Thanks to care IVF and its staff. They made my dream come true after a long wait of 4 years. Very nice. After making the appointment, staff gave reminders from time to time.All the staff at Care IVF is very co-operative.

I'm happy with the doctor and staff but only the appointment we need to wait for long periods. One appointment and next appointment we need to wait 3 months - Omg, it's too long. Nobody no before get treatment people can expire anything happens. In advance thanks Leuven, doctor and staff.

FET on 3 separate occasions. A lovely clinic, lovely town, professional staff, good hotel and good food but we have not had any results as yet. We are still hoping for our success in conceiving.

My experience was that they are money oriented. The consultant wasn't helpful, but discouraging towards us. Unhappy. I found someone else.

"Poor quality care"

Sperm analysis We had to pay £160.00 for a sperm analysis. We weren't seen by a consultant, just had to hand the sperm pot to the receptionist & fill in some forms. We were told we would have the results that evening. When having the results the next day after numerous calls to them, we were told them over the phone by the consultant. When asking if we could discuss them further he said to make an appointment with our GP, if we wanted to discuss them with him then basically it would cost us more money. We finally had the results through the post about 2-3 weeks later. The report is a bad report with even our GP also saying this! There is a part on it that says "advice" but it has been left blank. We basically feel we have given our hard working money for poor quality care. This was our first time of doing this in the 6 years of trying to conceive and I'm only hoping that the next private clinic we go is not the same.
