I had two visits there for wound care after sustaining a gashed chin.My stitching had been done at a local hospital but UHC re-bandaged the wound on my first visit to them and, on my second visit two days later, they removed the stitches. This was my third experience of a Ubud health clinic in the last few months. It was by far the best. They are very professional and the care I received was top notch. Doctors and staff understand English perfectly. They have a 24 hour service, if required, and also have a dedicated pick up/drop off ambulance available. All their documents (e.g. doctor's reports & invoices) are in English, fully-detailed, well-presented and printed, and perfect for insurance claim presentation. I can't praise them enough.
