I have been with all the Dr Hoopers from infancy up until now Dr Michael was an absolute Gent and Dr Sarah having taken over from her Father is an absolutely brilliant Doctor no matter what the issue is she will discuss and investigate to the highest standards I would never change to another Doctor. I would highly recommend her.

My wife recently took seriously ill yet she didn't want to see a doctor. Kept saying she would feel better tomorrow. I phoned the receptionist, she could not have been nicer, so understanding, and organised for my wife to see the doctor ASAP. Greatly appreciated and put my mind at ease.

Amazing Doctors & Staff I have been attending Errigal Surgery for many years, and find them absolutely brilliant. From the onset of making an appointment (I personally email and get a response on the same day) The girls from appointments to reception are friendly, and give you all relevant information that you require. Dr Sarah has to be one of the most amazing doctor's who" listens" to your concerns (something a lot of GP's lack) she will then go thru history and ask you a lot more questions and in my opinion always has a solution. Nurse Sarah is an amazing nurse also. I have seen this practice working tirelessly during the Covid 19 crisis and their rollout of vaccine has been nothing short of amazing. This is probably one of the most deserving reviews that I have ever done. Well done Errigal girls

On my last few visits it was all very rushed. My blood pressure was not taken for 2-3 visits even though I am on a trial extra tablet. I felt it was so rushed in impersonal.I was off work sick for about eight months and I found the receptionist (Teresa), very rude and abrupt and also overfamiliar. I then had contact from Emily, who is the polar opposite. Having worked in a hospital for 22 years and dealing with people who are unwell I found Emily to be so helpful and kind. Anything I asked of her she delivered immediately. This is exactly how I carried out my daily duties at my job in the hospital and Emily was so lovely.

My appointment was made the day after calling and the receptionist was very helpful in informing me of what would happen in order for me to become a patient. The Doctor that saw me was very pleasant, professional and attentive to my medical issues. I was given plenty of information about how the surgery operated and how it could help me. I was given plenty of time to share my health concerns and at no time did I feel that I was taking too long. I would recommend visiting this surgery based on my first consultation.
