Thanks your for very good suggestions and opinions Imtiaz,Im very pleased with your complains ,so if you feel the appointment any others clinic will accurate the time you are almost welcome, to visits any others clinis you wish.As you know while on the phone I personally spoke and explains to you we are fully book ,but I code to you,you needs to wait to see a Doctor.I stil remember one of our patient directly spoke to you he already wait in the clinic more than a hours. So if you feel Im rude to you ,on the behalf of the Surgery Im personnally appologize with wrong explaination you have while you on the phone. So i wish you good lucks with your own healths on the future.But if you need urgent treatment I will advised you go to any A&E Hospital maybe you not even need wait too long over there. Regards Joey
