I truly appreciate the wonderful care Dr Dennis C Higgins have given to me and the kindness he have shown. Thanks for your time, your energy and your commitment. Your attentiveness, understanding, honesty and professionalism were very much appreciated. Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being. Thanks for showing so much care and concern. The staff is wonderful too, the receptionist was very nice and friendly, willing to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Menopause Care

I visited Dr. Karen recently at Galway Primary Care Clinic and found her to be kind, compassionate and very informative regarding my needs. I am happy to be under her care and guidance and feel delighted that at last, I have found someone who can help me and inform me on the best course of medical advice and treatment for me. The whole experience was excellent, reception staff are very welcoming and helpful and friendly. I was seen at my appointment time and had another appointment organised as I left. I highly recommend Galway Primary Care.

I had a tremendous experience at this practice. Met with Dr Higgins senior and he did more for me in 30 minutes than I had previously done in one full year. The lady at reception was so very professional and welcoming. The relief I feel at having this doctor looking after me is indescribable. Beautiful spacious building with plenty of room to wait. Well done to all.

Sexual Health Advice

Very professional and caring. The staff are very nice. The premises is clean but leave the window open in the waiting room and a few magazines would cheer it up. It is a bit drab though the TV is great. Excellent experience and the GP (Reidin) was so lovely to me. The reception staff were good. The waiting room is nice but needs an air flow. The facility is really clean. The doctor is attentive and I would definitely return.
