Waiting time to get to talk to reception to make an appointment, shameful to say the least. 20 minutes at best not acceptable I think. Doctors and nurses very efficient and caring but must improve reception phone service as a matter of urgency.

hemorrhoid I went here for my haemorrhoids treatment. The one important thing while going through this is being calm and patient. The doctor was not only rude, but also very careless while he spoke. He actually frightened me more than I was earlier. Would definitely not recommend this clinic.Also please take proper change. They don't accept cards. My fee was 50 euros and I had to go out to get the change since I had 60 euros.

Many ailments over the years including Breast Cancer. I have been with this practice nearly 40 years and have always received excellent care. I have attended many of the GPs over the years but my usual doctor, Dr Mary Flynn, is excellent. She Takes time and listens, includes you in conversations, offers good advice and is up to date and professional. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Dr. Kierans is an excellent doctor. Conscientious, caring and very thorough. She has been my GP for over 10 years and I feel extremely lucky to receive medical care from her and her staff. It's excellent value as I feel that during any visit any medical problems I come with are resolved then or within a reasonable time. I find all the staff friendly and helpful and although I often am anxious entering the surgery they make me feel comfortable and at ease. They have often worked hard to accommodate difficult requests from me and I'm grateful for their help and accommodation.

Went to see Dr Devlin at another doctors clinic as she was covering for the holidays. I found her to be an absolute lady - she gave me time, listened to me and explained to me what was wrong. She referred me to a specialist and got an appointment within a week. I feel when you go to most doctors now you are rushed but not with Dr Devlin. A very gentle lady and lovely to deal with.
