My name is Dr Katie Parkinson, welcome to my website.

I run a private GP surgery based at Haileybury School in Herford, Hertfordshire.

My ethos is that patients need a general practice service where the doctor has the time to listen to their needs, the knowledge to diagnose the problem and the facilities to treat the patient effectively. This is the service you will receive when you see me.

I have a background in accident and emergency medicine and have worked in general practice for over 8 years now. I am very experienced in dealing with all aspects of patient care. I have good links into secondary care and know many of the consultants at both the local private hospitals and also the London based private clinics.

My surgery is fully equipped and I am able to provide services such as full health checks, childhood vaccinations, travel vaccinations, blood pressure checks, ECGs, cervical smears and blood tests.

I offer same day appointments.
