From first contact by e-mail and a follow up phone call with Rachel at Sameday Doctor, I received professional guidance throughout. The suite of offices are modern and clean and I was immediately put at ease with Rachel's friendly attitude. I had a thorough health check up following my concerns regarding breathlessness. Dr Fletcher asked relevant questions and explained why he was requesting a full set of blood tests, including one for potential heart failure. A chest x-ray was also organised. The doctor advised me all the way on what was being looked at and when/how I would receive my results. I found the experience less worrying than anticipated. Financially, it was worth it to put my mind at rest during, what has been, a stressful few months for me.

Having been in Manchester on a training course I had visited Manchester Royal Infirmary for a wound dressing that had been arranged through my local GP. 4 hours at the walk-in center later and very unhappy I checked out private provision and found the clinic. The dressing was changed at a time convenient to me, total time 15 minutes and very high quality. Fantastic service from Amanda and the team, great location and an appointment available at a time I needed. Quick, efficient, superb facilities and I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

Had my TB injection here. I was fast at getting an appointment, I enquired on a Monday and was booked to attend on the following day. A clean clinic with polite, helpful and friendly staff. The clinic is close to Manchester Piccadilly station and about a 20-minute walk or short taxi ride.
