General Practice Clinics & Doctors in Merseyside

I have been trying for years to get a shingles vaccination. I am 77 and when I started asking they were not available in the UK. When they became available I was 71/72 and they were then for 70 or 79-year-olds, so I kept missing out. I cannot afford to get shingles as I am a carer for my husband and son. I was so pleased to find somewhere that would do it (at a cost of £220), and my inquiry and a subsequent appointment were arranged quickly and easily. I heartily recommend the Ghosh Private Clinic. The nurse who attended me (Sophie) at the Rodney Street Clinic couldn't have been better. Her manner is calm, professional, very pleasant and she explained everything before she administered the vaccine. I was very impressed with the beautiful building which houses the clinic, but it was Sophie who impressed me the most, she is a credit to the practice. Thank you. read more
